Certification
In-person Classes
Live course instruction increases retention over independent or online learning. Our engaging and personalized class is designed to help your leaders pass the exam and be officially certified through ServSafe, the most recognized nationally accredited Certified Food Protection Manager (CFPM) test.
Proctored Exams
As of 2025, the State of Colorado requires every retail food establishment to have a CFPM present during all hours of operation. You might need multiple leaders certified to fulfill this requirement, but we recommend all leaders be certified for a strong defense against foodborne illness. We are Denver area based and can administer the test in or near your business with frequent testing opportunities so you can pick a time that is convenient for your team.

Restaurant Fortification
Restaurant Auditing
During the restaurant audit, we evaluate and take photos of your restaurant from a 1’ level to a 10’ level, looking for opportunities not seen on a daily basis. We check product and dish storage, cleaning and cooking procedures, and overall cleanliness and maintenance. We compile all of this private information for you and your leaders.
Consulting and Additional Training
Once your restaurant is evaluated and your team certified, we will make a plan of execution for them to tackle the greatest opportunities first. Your leaders will be coached through reducing and eliminating potential threats to your restaurant. We recommend meeting frequently to continuously keep your restaurant Food Safe.
